Ordnance Equipment Factory has recently declared notification for recruitment to 100 Group ‘C’ posts in Semi Skilled Grade in different trades in the Industrial Establishment of the Ordnance Equipment Factory, Kanpur-208001 (UP). Age Details

For Eligible Applicants should be minimum age 18 years and maximum age 32 years as 25-Jan-2013(Age Relaxation in upper age limit is allowable up to 5 years for SC/ST category applicants and up to 3 years for OBC category applicants)

Education Requirement

For Eligible Applicants should have posses Matriculation or equivalent along with the National Council of Trades for Vocational Training certificate in the appropriate trade or ITI or equivalent Diploma / Certificate

Salary: For OEF Recruitment of Applicants will hire at PB-1 of Rs.5200-20200 added with grade pay of Rs.1800

OEF Recruitment of Application Fee

For Group C posts of Application fee of Rs.50 has to be paid through an IPO / Crossed Demand Draft issued from a nationalized bank and drawn in favour of “The General Manager”.

SC / ST / PWD / Ex-Serviceman category applicants are exempted from payment of fees.

OEF Recruitment of Selection Process

For Applicants will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Examination and Trade Test.

The Written Examination would be of 100 marks. The question papers will be bilingual i.e. English & Hindi and have objective type multiple choice questions. Trade Exam will be qualifying in nature.

On the basis of merit in written Exam, applicants to the extent of 1.25 times the number of vacancies will be called for the trade test. Final Selection will be based on marks obtained only in written exam subject to qualifying in the prescribed trade test. Admit cards for the written exam will be uploaded on the Website

Only selected applicants would be communicated of their selection in due course after the selection process.

OEF Recruitment of Application

For OEF Recruitment of Applicants can apply online through OFB Kolkata website by filling in the online application form till 25 January 2013.

On successful submit, system will generate an acknowledgement receipt with a Serial No. Applicants should take its printout as well as a printout of the online submitted form and send one copies of these printouts, along with fee IPO / DD and copies of necessary certificates / documents to “The General Manager, Ordnance Equipment Factory, Kanpur – 208001” so as to reach there on or before 01-Feb-2013.

For Applicants should retain one set of printouts of the acknowledgement slip with Serial No and submitted online application form for future use.

Name of the post applied for must be clearly written on the top of the cover in capital Letter

Applicants should possess a Valid E-mail ID and Mobile No. (Optional, if possessed) that should remain valid / active until the recruitment process is completed.
